Delivery
Delivery is via Australia Post at a flat rate of $8.50 Australia-wide. If we antcipate a delay in dispatching your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
We would be delighted to deliver to International locations. Delivery will be calculated according to specfic destinations. Please email for further information regarding international postage.
It is our aim that products will be dispatched within 4 business days of receipt of order and our commitment that orders will not take longer than 2 weeks to be filled.
Returns / Exchanges
We will be happy to provide refunds for any Faulty or Damaged Goods puchased within 14 days from receipt of order. Products must be in their original conditions.
Refunds will also be available for Change of Mind purchases within 14 days from receipt of order provided goods are returned unused. There is a 10% restocking fee on all Change of Mind returns.
For all returns / exchanges customers are responsible for postage costs incurred in returning the goods to us.
